This Privacy Policy describes how OKTRA, LLC operates ScreenConvert and how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the app and website.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account credentials, language preference, theme preference, screenshots or image files you upload, screen headlines and supporting copy you enter, and other content needed to create and manage screenshot sets.
We also collect account and billing-related records needed to operate purchases and subscriptions, such as app user identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction references, and purchase history provided through the app stores and RevenueCat.
When you use ScreenConvert, we may also process generated outputs, export files, error details, operational logs, diagnostic events, and technical identifiers required to secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage your account, authenticate you, process purchases, restore entitlements, generate screenshot assets, store your project history, deliver exports, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and improve the reliability, product quality, and security of the service.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or data brokerage.
Diagnostics And Logs
We maintain operational logs and diagnostic records to detect failures, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.
These records may include device or browser information, request metadata, technical events tied to feature usage, navigation context around errors, and performance data needed to operate the service.
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising trackers in ScreenConvert.
Uploads And Generated Content
ScreenConvert processes the screenshots, files, copy, and instructions you upload or enter so that the app can generate store-ready visuals for you.
You keep ownership of your uploaded content and generated assets, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, transform, and deliver that content as required to operate the service.
Sharing With Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate ScreenConvert, including providers for hosting, authentication, secure storage, billing and subscription management, image generation, file processing, and customer support.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect the platform.
Your Choices
You may update certain profile information in the app. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting CONTACT@OKTRA.DEV.
You can manage device, browser, and platform privacy settings, but some technical logging may remain necessary for core service functionality and security.
Children's Privacy
ScreenConvert is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own where our service providers or infrastructure operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
