Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ScreenConvert, which is provided by OKTRA, LLC. By creating an account, accessing the app, or using ScreenConvert, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility And Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
The Service
ScreenConvert helps users upload app screenshots, organize screen sets, manage copy and layout settings, generate screenshot creatives, resize exports, and manage billing-related access within the app.
We may use operational monitoring and logging to maintain, secure, support, and improve the service.
We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including plan structure, credit amounts, export options, generation models, and workspace limitations.
User Content
You retain ownership of the screenshots, copy, prompts, and other content you submit to ScreenConvert.
You grant OKTRA, LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service to you.
Generated Outputs
ScreenConvert may generate visual outputs or modified assets based on your uploaded materials and instructions. Generated outputs may require human review before publication or commercial use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, legal compliance, intellectual property issues, store guideline compliance, and fitness for your intended use.
Acceptable Use
You may not use ScreenConvert to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material, to interfere with the service, to probe or bypass limits or security controls, or to use the app in a way that could damage OKTRA, LLC, other users, or third parties.
Purchases, Credits, And Subscriptions
Some features may require one-time purchases, credits, or auto-renewing subscriptions. Billing is processed by Apple, Google, or other authorized app store providers, not directly by OKTRA, LLC.
Consumable purchases, subscription entitlements, renewal terms, cancellation rules, refunds, and taxes are governed by the applicable app store rules and your agreement with that store.
Availability And Support
We aim to keep ScreenConvert available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party failures, security events, or provider outages may affect access.

Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or if continued access is not operationally or legally feasible.
Disclaimers
ScreenConvert is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKTRA, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of ScreenConvert.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ScreenConvert after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
