Billing And Purchases
If a subscription or purchase does not appear in the app, sign in with the correct account and try the restore purchases flow again. Include the store account and purchase date when contacting support.
Account Access
If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email tied to the account whenever possible. This helps us verify ownership faster.
Exports And Uploads
If uploads fail, exports do not complete, or screenshot sets appear broken, send us the affected screen set name, device target, and any visible error message.
Privacy And Data Requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests, email CONTACT@OKTRA.DEV. Deleting the app does not automatically delete your account or stored content.
